Official Licences – What brands do you work with?

Do you create large commercial or community art works?

Absolutely! Take a look at our dedicated pages for examples of our Commercial and Community projects for inspiration.

How much does a Street Art piece cost?

All our art pieces are priced according to the size and complexity of design. Contact us for a no obligation quote and we will be happy to discuss your ideas.

Are there any hidden charges?

No. Our rates cover everything, from the artists’ time to the paint they’re using. Should any extra materials or height equipment be required, this and any additional charges will be discussed in advance.

How do I book and pay?

  1. Simply use our Contact Us page and one of the MurWalls crew will contact you to discuss your quotation.
  2. On agreement, you’ll be sent an invoice for a 50% non-refundable deposit.
  3. Following payment, you’ll receive a mock-up of the design for your approval. One round of amendments are included within the price. Additional amendments can be made at the cost of £35 +VAT per round.
  4. Upon approval we’ll contact you to discuss next steps and possible dates. We’ll book our artist for a date that suits you and contact you to confirm.
  5. Upon completion, you’ll be sent an invoice for the 50% balance due for immediate payment.

How will I know what it will look like?

You’ll be asked to pre-approve the design before the artwork is painted, giving you full control of the process. Please see our terms & conditions for further information.

Will my artists be in contact with me before the artwork is due to be done?

Your artists may be in contact to give you their ETA on the day. Other than that, your main point of contact will be a member of the MurWalls crew, who will be responsible for confirming all of the details in advance.

What do I need to do before the Artists arrive?

INTERIOR PROJECTS

  • Prepare the area ensuring furniture has been removed.
  • Removing existing wallpaper, filling any holes.
  • We recommend walls are painted white.
  • Ensure that all surfaces are covered (including carpets and any flooring).

EXTERIOR PROJECTS

  • Prepare the area ensuring any vehicles disrupting the area are removed.
  • If agreed, ensure the walls are painted with a masonary base (preferably white).

Can I leave the artists alone whilst I go to work?

You are welcome to leave if you wish. However, please make arrangements with the artists for access should they need to go in and out of the property whilst you are out. MurWalls is not responsible for the security of your property whilst working.

How long does it take to complete my artwork?

We estimate between 4 to 8 hours for each piece- each job varies in time depending on the chosen option and design. For very large areas, the works may need to be completed across more than one day. This will all be determined in advance of the team arriving.

Is it safe to go into the room to see the piece once the artist has finished?

You can check out the artwork once it’s been completed, but we advise that a respiratory mask is worn and the visit is brief. Disposable masks can be purchased at a low price from hardware stores. We advise to wait 48 hours before spending more time in the room. Please see our terms & conditions for further information. 

What if I want to cancel my booking?

A project can be cancelled, but this will be subject to a cancellation fee if less than 14 days’ notice is given. Please see our terms & conditions for further information.

Can I take a photo of my artwork and put it on social media?

What payment methods do you offer?

We offer a choice of either Stripe or Paypal on our website, accepting Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards.

What delivery services are available?

We can ship your order worldwide, and the price will vary depending on the item size and its destination. Take a look at the individual product pages for information on the delivery services available for that product and its related costs (if applicable).

We offer FREE UK Delivery on all orders over £100! Please take a look at our Delivery Policy page for further details on our delivery services.

How long does delivery take?

Some of our items are hand embellished or framed to order, and so the delivery times can vary.  You’ll find delivery information for each product within the product description area.  If there should be any delay to you receiving your order by the delivery time stated, we will make every effort to contact you at the earliest opportunity.

What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?

Please check with your local authority for import taxes/fees/duty that may be applicable on your order. These charges are not included in the price of the products.

Can I return an item?

We’re sure you won’t want to part with your artwork, but in the unlikely event that you need to – please take a look at our Returns Policy to find out more.

What does “Limited Edition” mean?

If one of our prints is marked as a Limited Edition, this means there is only a limited amount of these items in existence.  Generally speaking, many Limited Editions only increase in value over time, and the less of them around, the more valuable they are!

You will see on the product description, the quantity of the print run for this size and style so you can see how many of this item will ever be available.  Once this limited number have been sold, there will be no further prints like this so get them while you can!

When you receive your print, it will be marked with the edition number that you have received, for example 8/50 (number 8 of 50 prints).

How will I know my print is a genuine MurWalls piece?

All our prints will arrive with an official MurWalls hologram, will be embossed with the Murwalls brand, plus you will receive a certificate of authenticity.

Are my payment and address details secure?

The security of your personal information is very important to us.  You can be assured that our website is secure with robust processes in place.  We would never sell your information to a 3rd party, and we make sure your data is handled in line with the GDPR guidelines.  You can find out more in our Privacy Policy.
